MWH Industry & Energy conducted an Energy Efficiency
Study at the Sanofi Aventis Global Drug Development
Center in Bridgewater, NJ. The site is a 1.2 million
square foot research facility, consisting of laboratories,
office buildings, and a small pilot scale chemical
production facility. |

a total of approximately $500,000 worth of potential
annual energy savings from the recommended measures,
with an average return on investment of 30%. |
