For almost two decades Chris has been designing creative system for new and renovated office buildings, hospitals, community centers, libraries, cafeterias, laboratories, and multi-family housing. He has designed plumbing and HVAC systems for LEED, Passive House, Energy Star, Enterprise Green, Living Building and New Zero buildings.

Chris also has a passion for advocating and designing sustainable, affordable and lovable neighborhoods in the missing middle scale that focus on great outdoor spaces, walkability, and watersheds.
