Green Design Blog Inhabitat Showcases 2nd + Delaware Opening

Kansas City’s 2nd + Delaware is due to open its doors in November 2020, welcoming its new residents and showcasing a blueprint for buildings of the future. The structure will act not only as a living model of sustainable development, but also as a model for building ethically with the community as the focus. This project features triple glazed windows, 16″ thick insulated walls, a dedicated outdoor air supply system, and variable refrigerant flow.
