Pioneer Apartments Revitalizes New Kensington with Affordable & Sustainable Housing

We are delighted to report the official PHIUS+ certification of our collaboration with Perfido Weiskopf Wagstaff + Goettel (PWWG), the Pioneer Apartments in New Kensington, PA. This mixed-use 36-unit work and living space has been sustainably-designed to benefit its entire community from the get-go. The building sits on a donated lot from the city, is equipped with multiple disability-fitted units, has 60+ integrated public-programs for its residents, and was funded by multiple federal and local tax credit programs.
