The Madrone Passive House is a 107 unit, eight story, twin tower passive house multi-family building in Seattle's Central District. The project features high efficiency energy recovery ventilators with post cooling that provide space conditioning to shaded apartments. An electric, heat pump based hot water central plant provides domestic hot water to the building. Minimized mechanicals allow for rooftop amenity space in this beautiful Seattle location
