DESCRIPTION

This 8-story mass-timber building will house a wind energy company, retail businesses and other office tenants. The anchor tenant for the building will be Net Zero Energy, utilizing electricity produced from the building integrated solar PV arrays. Project features include; Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) equipment, high-performance outside air energy recovery, LED lighting, in addition to the solar PV array. Staengl Engineering provided MEP design services and building energy performance analysis for the project.
