DESCRIPTION

Pax Futura is a revolutionary 4-story 32 studio and apartment complex in the heart of Columbia City. The project has been certified to Passive House standards, making it the first of its kind in Seattle. The building will use 80% less energy than before for heating and cooling, and 75% less energy for water heating by means of solar heat. Using BuildSmart technologies and filtered fresh air, the building stands to its name sake as embodying a peaceful future.
