Sustainable Cider Arrives in New York

We are pleased to congratulate Seminary Hill Cidery & River Architects on their PHIUS+ 2018 Certification! These apple & pear cider-making masters have added an ultra energy-efficient mixed timber and masonry round-floor production facility with a top-floor tasting room and event space to their beautiful Callicoon, NY site. The building resides atop 12 growing acres featuring more than 1500 and over 40 varieties of tree. See more details about the build on PHIUS’ official database.
